What do my services look like?
Think of it like an oil change for your car. Your body needs maintenance regularly. For different seasons of your life your body can be asking for different things. Monthly visits will grow healthy habits for your nourishment.
I LISTEN TO YOUR STORY AND GET A PICTURE OF WHO YOU ARE- by interviewing and reports.
Based off of the first visit I give you a plan to make your life better through food. Small steps toward the bigger goals.
This visit averages 1.5-2 hours
The second visit is scheduled within 30-45 days of the first visit.
We check-in to see how the path to wellness is going.
I check a series of reflex points to listen to what your body is saying.
Is your stomach producing enough digestive juices?
Is your liver crying out for help?
Are your adrenals tired?
After more questions and listening, I form the next step in the plan toward your bigger goals.
This visit takes approximately 2 hours.
These visits are spaced between 30-60 days based upon your needs.
I continue to help you walk on the path toward wellness using nutrition through finding new cooking techniques, cleanses, seasonal adjustments, nutrient-dense food sources and education. I'm here to be your food coach- helping you meet your goals.

I'm excited to offer this 5-week class that teaches basics of nutrition while incorporating a 3-week sugar detox.
